PRODUCTION AREA: Torgiano

HARVESTING AND VINIFICATION: The hand-picked grapes go through a double manual selection. The entire wine making process takes place at a controlled temperature; a first spontaneous fermentation is followed by separation of the seeds. After 20 days of maceration, the malolactic fermentation takes place in French barriques.

AGING: 18 months in French barriques and final refinement in steels on fine lees. The wine ages 8 months in bottle before being released onto the market.
