GRAPE VARIETALS: Sagrantino

PRODUCTION AREA: Montefalco

HARVESTING AND VINIFICATION: The hand-picked and selected grapes are left to dry on racks for about 2 months. The soft pressing of the grapes is followed by fermentation on the skins for about 10-15 days.

AGING: 33 months in stainless steel. The wine ages 7 months in bottle before being released onto the market.
